Released exclusively in Brazil by Tec Toy in May 1998, this technically impressive 16-bit port features nine original levels inspired by the PC version's Lunar Apocalypse. Unlike direct ports, levels feature simplified design with 90-degree angles similar to Wolfenstein 3D. The port pushed Megadrive hardware with texture mapping, parallax scrolling, and blood effects. Graphics and sprites are reduced from the PC version but show impressive technical achievement. Supports six-button controller for optimal weapon management. Music suffers from GEMS sound driver limitations, but responsive controls and challenging gameplay deliver an authentic FPS experience rarely seen on 16-bit consoles, earning cult status among hardcore shooter fans.
