Hawkeye

Hawkeye is a platform shooter hybrid where you control a half-human, half-robot SLF fighting through 12 levels. Collect 4 puzzle pieces per level while battling alien invaders. Master four weapons—pistol, machine gun, laser and rocket launcher—choosing strategically based on enemies. Hidden bonus items unlock secret stages and extra lives.

Atari ST

Released in 1989 by Thalamus, developed by The Boys Without Brains and Esprit Software Programs (ESP). The Atari ST conversion attempted to enhance the C64 original with 16-bit capabilities. However, the porting proved less successful than expected. Graphics and presentation feel less polished despite superior hardware power compared to the 8-bit version. The game received mixed critical reception, with reviewers noting dull level design and disappointing execution. The elaborate soundtrack and interactive loading screen from the C64 version were absent, further diminishing the experience. Most critics considered the C64 original superior to this 16-bit conversion.
