Toobin' is a unique arcade game where you control Bif or Jet, two cool dudes riding inner tubes down treacherous rivers. The goal is to reach the end of each river before the time limit expires. Gameplay involves rotating your tube left or right, drifting with the current while avoiding riverbanks and central dividing lines. Hazards include crocodiles, logs, branches, fishermen, tribesmen with blowpipes, and kamikaze penguins. You are armed with a limited supply of tin cans to throw at enemies. Bonus gates and treasures are scattered throughout the levels. A two-player competitive mode is available.

Released in 1988 by Atari Games, with music composed by Brad Fuller . The arcade cabinet features a distinctive control scheme using five buttons per player: four buttons control each arm independently (left/right hand forward/backward) for tank-like steering, while the fifth button throws soda cans . The game includes three classes with five rivers each, for fifteen total courses including Colorado, Amazon, Jurassic, Canals of Mars, and Nightmare . A computer-controlled opponent named Flotsam appears in single-player mode . Passing through multiple gates consecutively increases a score multiplier, while dawdling too long triggers an alligator chase. The game was later included in Midway Arcade Treasures and Midway Arcade Origins compilations .
